The C.C.S.O. and your C.C.S.O. Association are proud to offer this special opportunity for all CCSO retirees and active-duty members (all Civilians, Corrections and Certified LEO) a unique opportunity to order these special Certified and Civilian Centennial Badges which commemorate our 100th Anniversary.

Certified Badges are Gold ($144.14) or Silver (141.63) and stamped "Deputy Sheriff"

Civilian Badges are Gold ($121.00) or Silver ($111.33) and are stamped "Civilian".

A black leather belt clip (with badge recess) is available for an additional cost ($31.67).

ORDER PROCESS:

1. Download the Centennial Badge Order Form here.
1. You will need to save this pdf form to your PC or device.
2. Open it and fill it out with your order information.
3. The sales tax rate may be changed by the vendor based on your state.
4. Save the form and then e-mail it to "join@ccsoalumni.org" as an attachment.
2. After the CCSO Association staff receives your order we will verify your CCSO Status and authorize the purchase to the vendor.
3. Association staff will send your completed form to the Badge Vendor (Galls).
4. Galls will contact you directly to confirm the order details and obtain your payment information (the CCSO Association does not capture or store any payment information).

NOTE: Galls will not accept direct orders, all orders must go through the CCSO Association.

The CCSO Association is just facilitating these badge orders and makes no profit off the sales.
